13. See the Gion Matsuri in Kyoto
14. See the the Tohoku Sandai Matsuri (Three Great Festivals of the Tohoku Region) [Akita's Kanto, Sendai's Tanabata, and Aomori's Nebuta Festival]
15. Go on a boat trip
